RECIPE
Boil 1 & ½ Cup extra Long Grain Basmati Rice with Little Salt once done Rinse in cold water Well and drain Keep Aside
Cook in A Wok or Bauer Pan With little Olive Oil Or Coconut Oil Or any Oil 2-3 cubed Chicken FilletsMarinated With Ginger GarlicGreen Or Red Chilli paste Chilli Garlic sauce 1 tablespoon Any Chicken Spice
Once cooked Remove and keep aside
In another PanAdd a little water Crack 2 Eggs Very little Salt with Pepper Green chillies and dhania (coriander) Quickly stir into a soft scramble OR leave and cook an omelette and cut strips

In a Deep Bauer Casserole Add Little Olive oilAdd Strips of Robot peppers Mushrooms can be added) or Strips of Carrot or Grated (Peas beans corn etc Let it braise I added Little Garlic and Ginger Strips Chilli Flakes ¼ teaspoon Dhana Jeera powder and Veg spice Cook till Veges are done but still a bit CrunchyAdd Shallot or Spring onionNow toss the scrambled Egg in and the rice Add fair amount of sauces Soy Worcester Tomato any Mild Peri Peri Sauce Cook and TossLastly Add any Sweet Sour chilli Sauce ADJUST THE TASTE WHEN DONE GARNISH AGAIN WITH LITTLE CHOPPED SPRING ONION OR SHALLOT AND CHOPPED GREEN dhania (coriander) ENJOY
