-3 medium potatoes (peeled-cubed finely and parboiled in salt water)
-1 ½ medium onions (finely cubed)
-1 ¾ teaspoon salt
-½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
-1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder
-3 teaspoon oil
-½ teaspoon mustard seeds (optional)
-few small khuri limbre leaves (optional)
-crushed green chilli to taste
-1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
-finely chopped green dhana
-warm oil on medium heat,add the mustard seeds and khuri limbre -cook till they pop then add the chopped onions.
-braise the onions for 5mins,add the spices,mix well -then add the par boiled potatoes and lemon juice,mix again - cook till potatoes are soft then leave to cool.
-once cool,add the green dhana and fill in pur as samosas.
