½ kg chicken mince 3 slices brown bread 1 small tin creamstyle corn 1 med onion grated 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon salt green masala 1 teaspoon garlic 1 tablespoon lemon juice chopped dhania (coriander) or parsley
Put bread in food processor, add mince and onions. Remover from machine, add corn and other ingredients, mix well. Roll into oblong shapes and burn out water in fry pan. Allow to cool, dip in egg and breadcrumbs and freeze. Fry when required.
