INGREDIENTS
• Remove Kernels off the corn cob - using a knife equivalent to 2 cups & grind • 1 egg• ½ cup chopped spring onions• 1 teaspoon baking powder• 1 teaspoon salt• 2 green chillis or less depending on the strength and a handful grinded coriander leaves • 1 teaspoon ground garlic • ½ teaspoon coarse chilli flakes • ½ cup maziena• 2 tablespoon rice flour• little yogurt to bind into a dough
METHOD
1. Leave dough to stand whilst you warm the oil on medium heat2. Drop spoonfuls and fry till starting to golden brown in color 3. Stir around with a slotted spoon and remove 4. Serve with a chutney and tea 🍵Enjoy
