Note: No flour No Chana flour also
1 ½ chicken fillet Steamed slightly for 5minutes 11/2 slice bread soaked in ½ cup milk 1 ½ teaspoon green chillies 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera 1 egg Handful of green dhania (coriander) +-1 ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste Blend all together Add 1 teaspoon baking powder before frying in medium oil Tip: Always fry 1 or 2 Bhajias first ..taste..then you can adjust the taste For salt or chilli to your preference.
