1 tub cream cheese
1 can Maima Mexican tomato
1 big ripe avo
Cubed half tomato
Cubed red onion
Chopped dhania (coriander)
Crushed red chillies
Few slices jalapeno
Remove cream cheese from container soften with folk .
Grind the Jalapeno or cube very small add the crushed chilli and paprika , mix to the cream cheese .
Add the canned tomato to a pot add salt and burn out the water , allow this to cool
Cut and soften the avo add some lemon juice salt and pepper to it
Add the cream cheese to the bottom .
Add tomato mixture ontop of cream
Add layer beans
Add the avo ontop
Add the grated cheese
Top with all the cubed veggies
Serve with crisp .
