4 fillets cut into cubes
1 small chopped onion
handful dhania (coriander) 2 to 3 strands lemongrass chopped handful of the white part of spring onion 1 teaspoon whole dhana 1 teaspoon whole jeera salt to taste1 to 2 teaspoon red chili paste 5 to 7 garlic cloves freshly grated ginger approx 1 tablespoon or more ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper 1 small lime or ½ freshly squeezed lemon 1 tablespoon plain yoghurt
coconut oilcoconut milk
Grind everything together .
Cut and clean chicken fillet Add the paste to the chicken and allow to marinade for 1 hour .
Add coconut oil to a pot Add chopped onions braise till translucent .Add marinated chicken and cook until almost done . Add half a can coconut milk 250 to 300ml water and allow this to cook on low. Garnish with dhania (coriander) and spring onion
Serve with roti or Rice
