INGREDIENTS
¼ onion,chopped2 green chillies 1 teaspoon garlic crushed1 eggHandful chopped Danya or spinach leaves.. 1 teaspoon masala ½ teaspoon danya¼ teaspoon jiera powder1 teaspoon Tumeric powder 1 teaspoon salt6 chicken breasts ,cut into pieces(already cooked...) 1 & ½ teaspoon Baking powder1 Cup Chana Flour
METHOD
Mix everything together & add then the water.... To make a texture like batter.
Oil for frying
INFO & TIPS
Add a pinch of salt too the oil before frying keep the Bhajia frm soaking up the oil.
