500 grm Chicken 1⁄2 cup oil 2 onions finely sliced 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder salt to taste 2 -3 cardamom 2 -3 cloves 1 cinnamon 1⁄2 teaspoon jeera 1 bay leaf 1 tablespoon whole dhana seeds 2-3 whole red chilies 1⁄2 cup yogurt 1⁄2 teaspoon Garam masala 1 teaspoon lemon juice
In hot oil add chicken,ginger and garlic paste and fry until the chicken is light brown. Add 1 glass water. Cover and cook on low flame until chicken is done. When meat is done dry up all the liquid. Then add sliced onions. Cook 10 minutues. Then add all ingredients except lemon juice. Cover and cook until the onions separate from oil. Lastly add lemon juice. Serve hot with roti & rice.
