INGREDIENTS
1 pack Chinese noodles1/2kg chicken breast 3 colour pepper 1Onion1bunch spring onion1 red cabbageBottle soy sauce Peanut oil1tbls corn flour1tray broccoli 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic 1tray mushrooms
METHOD
Cut chicken up to small peices.Soak the chicken into 1tbls of soy sauce and add the corn flour to that. Let that marinate for at least 1 hour.. Next fry your chicken in the peanut oil. Don't over fry it. It has to still cook with the veg.. Once fried take it out onto plate. Next. Pour peanut oil into the wok. Let the oil get hot. Next add onion,ginger and garlic and some spring onions. After few minutes add all your veg.. Let that fry up for a few minutes.. Then pour soy sauce. Let that cook for another few minutes.. Then add your boiled noodles. Let the veg and noodles cook for few minutes. Then add your chicken and more spring onions. And then pour more soy sauce.. Let that all cook for another 10 minutes. Once done dish out and enjoy.😋😋😋😋😋😋😋🍗🍗🍗
INFO & TIPS
I never use salt. Because soy sauce has salt. But if you like you can add salt to ur veg when frying. And salt to ur chicken when marinating it. Enjoy
