RECIPE
Heat 3-4 tablespoon oil
Add 1 large sliced onion
Add 1 piece tuj (cinnamon stick)..2 cloves..3 whole black pepers..1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
2 torn up whole Red Chilli
Braise
Add 1full teaspoon ginger garlic
Stir
Add 8 x skinless
drumsticks
Braise with spices for 5 minutes
Add 11/2 cups sliced steamed green beans
¼ cup peas
Add 2 grated tomatoes
1 ½ teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
¾ teaspoon tumeric
1 level teaspoon durbs massla
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon tomato sauce or tomato paste
Cook till all well blended and chicken and veges are soft
add Little water only if necessary
Leave it slightly wettish
Serve with rotis or rice
