INGREDIENTS

1 kg chicken strips1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon red chillies ½ teaspoon lemon pepper3 tablespoon steers Peri Peri3 tablespoon tomato sauce3 tablespoon mustard sauce3 tablespoon mayonnaise1 tablespoon lemon juice½ cup fresh cream

METHOD

1. Mix all above and marinate chicken.2. Cook in a little ghee (Clarified butter) till done.3. Serve with chips and salads.
