RECIPE
1 kg chicken cut in thick strips.
Soak strips in 1 ½ cups milk and 2
beaten eggs.
Marinate overnight.
Sift 2 cups flour,
2 teaspoon baking powder,
1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
Dip in flour and deep fry till done.
In separate pot warm ¼ c oil and 3Tblspn Mochacho’s Spice. Warm on stove and
remove from heat. As u fry toss in Mochacho’s spice, drain on paper towel
and serve with chips, salad and garlic bread.
Or serve in a wrap with mayonnaise and salad.:p enjoy!!
