My style2-3 fillets cut into strip1 teaspoon Portuguese spice or mochachoes or any chicken spice1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon Aminas tandoori paste or any tandoori spice+-½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder½ teaspoon Paprika2 tablespoon mild peri peri sauce 1 tablespoon creamy salad dressing3 tablespoon tomato pureeSalt or Aromat (a South African Spice) to tasteLittle rosemary and thymeMarinate few hoursCook in 3-4 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)Adjust chilli and sauces to your tasteServe with spicy mash (little onion butter crushed chilli ) can add whole Jeeru (Cumin) ..last add green dhania (coriander) and milkTo make a fluffy mashAnd Braise butter chilli powder salt and can of drained sweet corn..yummy
