INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillet2 tablespoon @aminas_wonderspice tandoori paste1 tablespoon fresh cream1 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon @aminas_wonderspice chicken tikka paste2 teaspoon @krea_sa tandoori spice1 small 150g cup @lancewood yogurt 1 teaspoon kasmiri chillies1 teaspoon dry dhana powderLemon juice to taste (and extra for squeezing)Salt to taste+-2-3 tablespoon oil
METHOD
Cut chicken fillets in have, to make 2 pieces from 1, make few slits with the knife (no need to flatten with a mallet)Mix all the above and marinate chicken fillets for a few hoursTake of excess marinade paste from chicken and layer in a pot and cook until ¾ way doneThen layer the fillets on a baking tray and put the marinade over the chicken fillets than grill in the oven, until fully cooked.Squeeze lemon juice over and serveServe with any side of choice and paratha or rogni naan
