1KG FILLET cut into thick cubes
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon red chili paste
1⁄2 lemon squeezed
1 tablespoon gorimas bbq spice
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sumac
2 tablespoon plain yogurt
1 sachet tomato paste
2 onions slices to fry
1 teaspoon sugar
marinade chicken in all of the above overnight or 1 hour .
pan fry on low for atleast 20 minutes >
before serving on a indoor grill , grill for 15 minutes set on a plate.
In the meantime shallow fry onions with the sugar , allow to caramelize top on chicken and serve with pita and a dip of your choice
