1 kg fillet strips Marinate in:2 teaspoon ground green chillies 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger π« garlic ΒΌ cup lemon π juice ΒΌ cup milk π₯ 2 tablespoon fresh cream or nestle cream 2 teaspoon crushed chillies πΆ 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon lemon π pepper Β½ teaspoon pepper Salt1 egg π₯ Mix above Set aside for few hours or overnight
Mix:Β½ cup flour ΒΌ cup maizena (corn flour) Β½ cup breadcrumbs 2 teaspoon Mexican spice or mochachos spice 1 teaspoon dried parsley ΒΌ cup korn flake crumbs
Dip strips in flour mix and fry till golden.Serve with chips π and dips of choice.(Freezer suitable once fried)
