INGREDIENTS
500g chicken mince 1 onion grated and water must be squeezed out completely½ cup finely chopped green dhunia Few mint and springonion leaves finely chopped 1 teaspoon green chillie paste...or can add more if u like strong... 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon coriander powder1 teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon gurum masala1 teaspoon crushed chillie1 teaspoon rustenburg chillie powder (or any chillie powder of choice) ½ teaspoon course black pepper1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon fine salt1 tablespoon chana flour (gram flour)
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together very well. Shape with oiled hands into doughnut shape....Keep in fridge till ready to fry. Fry in oil in a nonstick pan for about 10 minutes turning frequently until golden brown.enjoy😋
