½ kg boneless chicken cut into small cubes½ cup cooking oil1 capsicum cut into small cubes1 onion cut into small cubes2 tomatoes cut into small cubes4 green chilies finely chopped2 teaspoon chili sauce2 teaspoon tomato ketchup1 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon red chili powder1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon black pepper crushed2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves finely chopped1 fresh cream* OPTIONAL
*Place chicken in a large bowl.*Add salt, chili powder, black pepper, chili sauce and tomato ketchup.*Marinate for 30 minutes.*Heat oil in a deep pan or wok.*Add garlic paste and marinated chicken.*Cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and oil comes on top.*Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a frying pan.*Add capsicum, tomato and onion.*Stir fry for 2 minutes or until soft.Add everything together .Stir well.OPTIONAL Add in 1 250ml fresh cream and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat Garnish with coriander and green chilies.
