1. Soak rice for 30 minutes2. Slice and fry onions until medium brown3. Add chicken and ginger and garlic paste to onion and cook for 5 minutes4. Add chillies, cinnamon, Cumin, Cardamom, peppercorn and chicken stock and cook further for 5 minutes.5. Add salt and red chillie powder and mix.6. Make sure that chicken raw smell is gone. Then add 3 cups of water and wait for water to boil. 7. Then add rice and Cook for 10-15 minutes until rice is done.6. Add Coriander, mix, cook for two minutes and serve.
