Fillet cut into strips 1kg Marinate with soya sauceWhite pepperChillie powder Garlic 1 egg Cornstarchflour
VeggiesOnion slicedPeppers julienne Dried chilliesCarrot julienne
Sauce Chillie sauce Honey/sugarTomatoe sauce Soya sauce
METHOD
Marinate chicken and leave for 30 minutesFry in oil till golden brown
Braise veggies till translucent but still has a crunch
Boil the sauce and then add a cornstarch slurry so that it thickens
Mix all together and garnish with seseme seeds cashews and spring onions
