Chicken noodle biryani
1 whole chicken cut, wash and drain
1 big onion chopped fine. Braise in oil till golden. Then add 1 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger garlic masala, 2 teaspoon Dana, 1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin), 1 teaspoon hayder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chillies, 1 cup tomato and 2 tablespoon tomato paste.
Cook on low till done.
Boil screw noodles.
Boil basmati rice and drain.
In pyrex set chicken at the bottom, then noodles than rice. Mix saffron in boiling water and throw over rice. Bake in oven. Before serving fry grated fried potato and throw over.
