INGREDIENTS
Chicken mince
Grated onions
Oil for vagaar
Cinamon sticks a few
Cardamon a few pods
Turmeric
Salt
Ground dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin)
Yellow colouring
Red chillie masala according hw strong u want it
Frozen green peas
Potatos cut in quaters and fried
Liquidised tomatos
Lemin juice
Yoghurt
Saffron water
Preboiled white rice
Boiled eggs
METHOD
Make a vagaar onions oil cinnamon and cardamon till golden brown add chicken mince cook on low heat.Add all masalas cook add frozen peas.Liquidized tomato add a little lemon juice yogurt ½ cup and saffron water.Add this mixture to mince give it a boil add fried potato.Now cover the mince with preboiled rice.Steam in oven. 160 degree.Make onion vagaar and pour over rice and a little saffron water.serve with boiled eggs dhai and kachoomar and papads.For kachoomar try banana kachoomarCut onions finely add salt than rince onions out seive.add banana green chutney a little lemon juice and a little sugar.mash ....its tasty for those who love bananas enjoy
