500g washed mutton mince Green masala (pound 6 green chillies,garlic and jeeru (cumin)) Aminas steak and chops wet marinade Turmeric,chilli powder,gharum masala,dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin),Soumph (Fennel) powder Grated onion (grate and drain excess water) Mustard seeds,dhania (coriander) chopped,curry leaves chopped
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and oil,add in grated onion,cook till soft with mustard seeds. Add in mince with green masala,braise abit. Then add steak and chops marinade and rest of spices,add in cubed potato and peas if desired and a little water. Cook till soft and garnish with dhania (coriander) and curry leaves.
