7 eggs boiled and de shelled 2 small potatoes cubed 1 big onion finely chopped 2 big tomatoes grated Whole spices 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon red masala paste Salt to taste 2 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder ½ teaspoon haldi powder Oil Fresh coriander (dhania (coriander))
Add the oil whole spices ( Elachi (cardomom) , cinnamon stick , cardamom ) and onion to a pot and allow to braise until onion nearly golden in color , add in the red masala as well as the ginger garlic paste and allow to braise for another 1 minute . Now add the cubed potatoes allow to cook for abit and add the grated tomatoes as well as all the remaining spices . Add a little water if need be , allow patio toes to soften and then lastly add in the boiled eggs cut into half and the chopped dhania (coriander) ? Cook another 5 minutes on low .
