Aloo beda
Peel and cube 4 potatoes
marinate your potatoes with
2 heaped teaspoon or red ginger garlic
2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
Braise 1 onion with little oil and a teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) and 2 red chillies cut in half.
When onions are lightly brown add in potatoes And allow to cook till soft add little water if necessary.
Meanwhile whisk 3 eggs
when potatoes are soft add in egg and mix and stir till done.
Serve with roti chutney and achaar or a hot sauce.
