1 kg baby potatoes 2 tablespoon yogurt 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon fine jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon fine dhania (coriander) 1 teaspoon mustard seeds ½ teaspoon tumeric few curry leaves handful of ready fried onions
Boil and peel baby potatoes. In a pot Heat ghee (Clarified butter) or oil and put in mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once starts to sizzle add in yoghurt, spices and onions. Mix and toss in baby potatoes. Serve hot. Enjoy.
