A traditional gujerati winter food.
8 eggs - 1 cup full (well beaten) 1 cup ghee (Clarified butter)1 cup badam (almond)/pista (pistachio nuts)½ Cup Sugar1 tin Condensed Milk
In a pot on medium heat add ghee (Clarified butter),eggs and condensed milk. Keep mixing until everything is well corporate.Then add sugarKeep MixingLastly add badam (almond) pista (pistachio nuts). Leave to cook until it changes color to light brown.Leave to set in a greased tray.
