INGREDIENTS
One luaki, 150g mawa, ½ cup milk powder, ½ cup ghee (Clarified butter), 1 tablespoon cardimum powder, ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder,½ cup desiccated coconut, ½ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and 1 cupwater
METHOD
Peel and grate the lauki, in a non stick pan add ghee (Clarified butter) then the lauki add in water stir well until lauki is soft then add in all then rest of the ingredients. Keep on mixing the halwa until it becomes thick and leaves a clean edges on the pan.Decorate it with almonds, sultanas and desiccated coconut before serving.
