1 &½ cup Sojee (semolina flour) (tasty wheat)250 g ghee (Clarified butter) or butter¼ cup blanched almondsBraise Sojee (semolina flour) in butter with Elachi (cardomom) and cinnamon till it turns pinkish in colour..Add almonds Mix together 500 ml milk1 cup sugar3 eggsLittle egg yellow When Sojee (semolina flour) turns colour add boiling water just to cover..quick mix...then add liquidsed mixture. Keep stirring till its nearly dry and little wettish. Drizzle with nestle cream....coloured almonds I also tried with pure butter
