Soft carrots, cardamom aroma, almond crunch!

Ingredients & Method
• Heat 1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) on sauté mode
• Add 3 cups grated carrots and sauté until softened(Tip: Blitz carrots in a food processor with the grating attachment)
• Add 3 tablespoon semolina and stir for a few minutes
• Pour in 2 cups milk
• Close lid and pressure cook 5 minutes
• Release pressure, open lid and switch to sauté
• Add condensed milk or sugar to taste
• Add 1 teaspoon cardamom powder and saffron if desired
• Add 3 tablespoon coconut
• Add 1 cup milk powder
• Slow cook, stirring, until the mixture dries and ghee (Clarified butter) rises to the top
✨ Garnish with almonds and serve warm
