6 medium potatoes
2 teaspoon ground green chili - depends on how hot you want it
1 packet knorr white onion soup
1 fresh cream
1 sour cream
½ green pepper - cubed
1 teaspoon salt
Mozzarella cheese - grated
Peel and slice potatoes and put in pot to boil. When soft empty into a colander.
Melt butter and allow to cool. Then whisk everything up together. Place potatoes in a casserole dish and pour sauce over.
Spread cheese over and sprinkle with origanum.
Bake at 180 till cheese melts.
