400g chicken mince1 slice bread soak (squeeze all water)1 teaspoon cumin/coriander powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon ground green chilli1 teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon ginger/garlic pasteSalt to taste Finely chopped corianderCombine all above ingredients in bowl and leave aside. In bowl beat 1 egg + bit of milkTo breadcrumbs add dried parsleyCut cheese into thick slice. Skewer cheese.Apply water to hand and shape the mince around the skewered cheese.Dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs . Shallow fry until golden color. #ramadanrecipes
