INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut into pieces marinated in the following :
1tspn garam masala
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
½ teaspoon turmeric
salt to taste
1tblspn lemon juice
roast and grind these spices and add to chicken:
5cloves
½ teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seed
s1 cinnamon stick
3 Elachi (cardomom) pod
use 1 heaped spoon of this ground mixture:
2 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli spice of your choice
2tspn tikka spice
make a sauce
60 g butter
4 cloves crushed
2tblspn tomato paste
½ cup water
½ cup fresh cream
¼ cup garlic sauce
salt to taste
lemon juice dhania (coriander)
and greens to garnish boil together pour over grilled chicken
METHOD
Place chicken in a oven dish and bake till ¾ done uncover chicken then grill for 30 minutes pour sauce over chicken once grilled garnish with greens
