In pot add 2 tablespoon oil/ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon Dana (coriander powder), 1 teaspoon jiro (cumin powder), ¼ teaspoon tumeric, 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 packet tomato paste, a pinch of saffron, ¼ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder. Add in chicken mix well with above. Cook till done. Add water as needed. Leave saucy. Garnish with almonds when serving. Serve with baby potatoes & roti. Bon appetit.
