Green masalaGarlic saltWhite pepperGrated onionHand full of crushed vermicilliA packet of onion soup and a packet of creamy mushroom soup mix in little water and smoothen it no lumps. Fresh cream small tub
Make a vagaar saute with onion a few pepper corns cinamon stick dnt let it get brown add chicken cubes and spices allow to cook on low heat adding a cup of hot water add vermicilli allow to cook. Then add the soup mix be careful after you put in soup mix it doesn't scorch at the bottom best is to use nonstick pot. I then add boiling water till half pot allow to boil on high for 15 minutes than on low heat till thickens. Just before serving add fresh cream chopped fresh green dhania (coriander) and parsley... enjoy piping hot with naan or garlic bread
