+-2 kg Chicken Fillet cut in Thick cubesAdd 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste 1 heaped teaspoon Magic Masala4-5Tblsp Aminas Chicken Tikka Marinade 3 tablespoon Portuguese Marinade 3-4 tablespoon Peri Peri Sauce ½ teaspoon Tumeric (Optional)1 teaspoon Paprika2 tablespoon any Chicken spice 1 teaspoon crushed Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar¼ cup Yoghurt Thyme Portuguese marinade Add Littlle corn for crispyness if you are frying Mix well together Keep overnight or few hours in fridge When ready Thread on wooden skewers Alternate with Red onion or any Onion Cut cubes and Robot Peppers
braai (bbq) over coals or grill in ovenThe left over marinade should be heated with butter on stove and poured over the ChickenEnjoy with Buttered Rolls

Fry in shallow oil.turn it once after 5 min then again 5 or until done
