RECIPE
1 Chicken - cut into pieces 1 onion - finely sliced 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)2 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)Pinch of arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon crushed red chillies1 teaspoon black pepper powder Braise onions and jeeru (cumin) in ghee (Clarified butter). When it starts to turn colour, add garlic and braise. Add Chicken and spices and allow to cook. When done, add the sauce and simmer for few minutes. Serve immediately with Parata/Roti.
Sauce: ½ cup yoghurt ½ cup mayo A squeeze of lemon juice Half bunch dhania (coriander) - finely chopped. Mix together and add to pot.
