INGREDIENTS
1 Kg Chicken Drumlets¼ Cup Mrs. BALLS Chutney¼ Cup Spur Bbq Sauce or Any 1 teaspoon Bbq Spice¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper Spice½ teaspoon Black Pepper½ teaspoon Chicken Spice or Fishermans SpiceOil for drizzling... ½ Onion, chopped 4 Peppercorns2 Bayleafs1 teaspoon Garlic paste...(No salt needed in this recipe)...
METHOD
Mix everything in a mixing bowl, add too baking tray or dish & bake 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes...Drizzle with the oil, on the chicken pieces. Enjoy😋
Serve with warm salad or naan/roti or Rice/Roasted veg.

Also marinade in the fridge overnight....
Before baking in the oven
Delicious on Steak or Chops in the oven 👍
