INGREDIENTS
Chicken-boneless cut into small pieces750 gm corn flour2 tablespoon garlic chopped2 teaspoon ginger chopped1 teaspoon egg1 chilli garlic sause2 tablespoon green chillies2-4 ajinomoto (MSG or zeal)a pinch curry leaveschopped corriander leaveschopped cumin seeds1 teaspoon (small jeerakam)cumin powderpepper powderchilli powder salt½ teaspoon each red colour(optional)2 drops ginger galic paste2 teaspoon Take chicken pieces in abowl add salt, ajinomoto (MSG or zeal), ginger garlicpaste,pepper powder, cornflour,and mix...then add 1 egg....
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan add chicken pieces and fry until lightly golden brown..to make the sauce Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan add cumin seeds (small jeerakam),then add chopped garlic and chopped ginger,then add chopped chillies,curry leaves,little pepper powder, cumin powder(½ teaspoon) chilli powder,and salt...finally add chilli-garlic sauce and red colour...cook for few minutes.add little water (not too much) then add fried chicken to this sauce...mix well and garnish with corriander leaves and serve...Its a spicy dish..
