Boil 1& ½ Cups Basmati Rice with Salt andTint it yellow drain.Divide into 3 SharesKeep asideMake a wagaar with Just whole Jeeru (Cumin) and ghee (Clarified butter)
Steam 1 Mug full Stir Fry VegDrain and keep aside
Make Tomato Gravy curry usingCup of Tomato and little onionGreen chilli and curry leaveKeep aside
Cube little Cheese and keep asideCook 2 Chicken Fillet Strips with little butter or ghee (Clarified butter) add onion allAny Chicken spice Ginger garlicLittle tumeric, Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) ,mixed herbs Kashmiri masala spices etcAdd ¼ Curry spoon grated TomatoCook add all the Veges to the chicken pot cook wellAdd little sauces (Optional)
When doneLayer little of Rice
