INGREDIENTS
2 rolls Pastry 4 chicken breast cubed1 small onion sliced 4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Green chillies crushed ½ teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, organum 2 tablespoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon six gun spice ½ teaspoon red chillie powder
Mushrooms 1 punnet mushrooms sliced 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 teaspoon origanum , Aromat (a South African Spice) , salt
1 cup fresh cream (250ml )½ bunch dhania (coriander)1 egg beaten Sesame seeds
METHOD
Method ( chicken )In a pot melt the butter, add in the onions & cook till light brown Add in the chicken and cook Add in spices and chillies Shred the chicken
Mushrooms *Add ghee (Clarified butter) to a pan & add in the mushrooms , spices and cook for 5 minutes *When mushrooms are done add to the chicken and cook further for 2 minutes *Add in the fresh cream & cook for 4 minutes on medium heat
To assemble Spray and cook a dish Roll out the pastry & layer the bottom of the tray Place the chicken filling and spread out evenly Sprinkle with dhania (coriander) Place the second layer of pastry & poke tiny holes with a fork Brush with the egg & sprinkle with sesame seeds Bake at 180 degrees for around 15/20 minutes till golden brown and cooked Enjoy ❤️
