Serve with potato bake and salad or a side of your choice. Potato bake 4 medium potatoes cubedSeason with Aromat (a South African Spice), mixed herbs and a sprinkling of pepper. Microwave with a little water about 10-15 minutes till done. Add 1 tablespoon butter & 1 can creamstyle corn. Mix well. Top with grated gouda cheese. Warm in oven and serve. Enjoy.
