You will need:
Mango pulp 2 cups
Plain yoghurt 1 cup
Milk 3 cups
1 tablespoon sugar
Pour all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes. You can check the consistency and adjust as you wish.
Pour into glasses with some ice cubes and serve. This recipes will serve up to 4 people.
The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
