INGREDIENTS
1 packet woolies penne 3 chicken fillets 1 punnet brown mushrooms 1 red pepper Half a bunch of parsley 2 medium carrots grated Baby corn PaprikaCayenne pepperLemon pepperBlack pepper Crushed garlic Fresh thyme Crushed green chilli2 tablespoons khans portugese sauce1 tub fresh cream Parmesan cheese
METHOD
Cube fillets, marinate with all spices,garlic and herbs Grate red pepper, fry in butter then add chicken, mushrooms, baby corn and carrots. Cook until chicken is tender. Add portugese sauce, chilli, chopped parsley and fresh cream, cook on low heat until cream thickens then add cooked pasta and parmesan cheese, steam for few minutes then serve.
