INGREDIENTS
2 kg chicken pieces1 tablespoon crushed garlic2 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder1 teaspoon rough saltPinch turmeric2 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon Calistos medium peri-peri sauce (250ml bottle)½ tablespoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Sauce:2 tablespoon tomato sauceRemainder of bottle of Calistos medium peri-peri sauce2 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon Cross & Blackwell Trim 2 tablespoon lemon juiceDash dried mixed herbs
METHOD
1. Heat oil in pot, marinate chicken and cook till just done.
2. Do not dry out marinade.
3. Bring sauce ingredients to boil and pour over chicken.
4. Redden under grill in oven.
5. Serve saucy with garlic loaf and savoury rice.
