Ingredients: 2 kg chicken pieces 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder 1 teaspoon rough salt Pinch turmeric 2 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon Calistos medium peri-peri sauce (250ml bottle) 1⁄2 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Sauce: 2 tablespoon tomato sauce Remainder of bottle of Calistos medium peri-peri sauce 2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon Cross & Blackwell Trim 2 tablespoon lemon juice Dash dried mixed herbs
1. Heat oil in pot, marinate chicken and cook till just done. 2. Do not dry out marinade. 3. Bring sauce ingredients to boil and pour over chicken. 4. Redden under grill in oven. 5. Serve saucy with garlic loaf and savoury rice.
