INGREDIENTS
Stick of butter
1 onion
2 chicken fillet cubed
Robertson Spices of choice
Ginger garlic
Mushrooms
Half green pepper
Dhana jeera
1 cup Rissotto rice
1 tablespoon Ricotta cheese
Handful Gouda cheese
Fresh cream
METHOD
Saute onions and braise chicken once onions are golden, add ginger garlic fresh chillies dhana jeera and spices.
When chicken is almost done add mushrooms and peppers and let it cook
Wash rissotto and then add to your chicken with water and cook until soft and creamy then add your cheeses and fresh cream also you can add some pepper and let it steam in d oven

Im not so sure why mines was abit sticky but its really yummy
