INGREDIENTS
3 slices white bread1 cup milk4 extra large eggs2 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon baking powder
Chicken-500g chicken fillet (cubed)2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon fine salt½ teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon coriander powder1 teaspoon cumin powder½ teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon ground garlic paste½ teaspoon ginger paste1 teaspoon ground green chillies
METHOD
1. Cook chicken until done. Allow to cool.2. Soak bread in milk.3. When soft, beat with egg beater.4. Add eggs and ghee (Clarified butter) and beat well.5. Add chicken and baking powder and mix in.6. Pour into a greased pan and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for approx 20min.7. Allow to cool.8. Cut into squares. (Freezer suitable now).9. Dip into beaten eggs and shallow fry until golden and crispy on either side.10. Drain excess oil on kitchen paper and serve with chutney.#whenruhanacooks#ruhanaebrahimrecipes
