My style in oven TipCan do on stove top but cook chicken well pour sauce over 1 kg cut up skin off Chicken pieces (can leave skin on but char it then then marinate ) couple hoursMarinade With2 tablespoon oil or olive oil 1 tablespoon Mild Peri PeriOr BBQ sauce1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon chicken spice or BBQ spice1 teaspoon lemon pepper mix with a few finely crushed peopercorns1Tblsp Aminas tandoori pasteRed chilli pasteSalt Cook on stove for 5 minutesTransfer to oven bake for 50 minutesTill chicken is almost doneThen pour the sauce overGrill for 10 minutes if preferredOr just pour sauce over before servingFor Sauce see belowMake sauce with½ teaspoon garlic or garlic sauce2, tablespoon Nando's mild Peri peri sauce1 tablespoon Wild herb sauce or BBQ sauce3 tablespoon sweet chilli sauceSoy or Worcester sauce Make paste with 1 teaspoon mazina and little water add all togetherWith 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or butter+- 1 teaspoon sugar (or brown sugar)Serve with baked sweet corn cobs Place cobs in foil add butter and salt pepper close bake in oven for 40 minutes place under grill when done or lightly grill it in a pan to get that char effectServe with Portuguese rolls salads or Chowmein style vegetable Spaghetti
