3 large fillets cut in cubes 1 small onion ¼ cup butter ghee (Clarified butter) mix Cook well 10 minutes Add 2 cups stir fry veges
( Julianne strips of Onion red white cabbage carrots green red pepers corn beans) 1 teaspoon full green garlic masala 1 ½ heaped white chilli pwdr 1 heaped cajun 1 heaped orange 1 heaped chicken spice 2 tablespoon robertsons fish spice ¾ huldi 2 level teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) mux 1 tso whole Jeeru (Cumin) 2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon mixed herbs 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon lemon peper Cook all above When vege cooked but crisp In seperate pan Braise 400g prawn add 1Tblsp lemon juice 1 teaspoon garlic 2 tablespoon butter Braise 5 minutes till it slightly cook Remove drain And add to chicken Cook Add boiled ¾ packet spagetti ¼ cup Steers Italian Salad or any creamy dressing ( you can use tinted yellow huldi rice) (Add 250 ml cream optional) Garnish with green dhania (coriander)
